How to Release or Update Your Ticket

Schedules change. Things happen. We understand. If you can't make the conference - or the days you're attending has changed - or you forgot to include your dietary restrictions in your lunch info - please update or release your ticket (instructions below).

The Drupal GovCon team put a lot of effort into making this conference a success, and much of that planning is based on numbers of registered users.

Update Your Ticket

  1. Login to drupalgovcon.org using the Log in link in the top right corner.
  2. Enter your username and password. Your user profile page displays.
  3. Scroll down to the Registrations area and click on the update link in the Action column for 2024.
  4. Update your ticket info as necessary. 
  5. Click the Save button. 

Release Your Ticket

* This action can not be reversed. If you release your ticket and decide to attend the event, you will need to re-register for a ticket.

  1. Login to drupalgovcon.org using the Log in link in the top right corner.
  2. Enter your username and password. Your user profile page displays.
  3. Scroll down to the Registrations area and click on the Cancel link in the Cancel Ticket column.
  4. Confirm you wish to cancel your ticket by clicking the Delete button.
