Annie Hardy is Founder and Principal of zeet insights, a market and design research firm founded in 2015. Ms. Hardy is passionate about human-centered design, and she leads researchers, analysts, and consultants who explore audiences and markets to reveal the human factors that can guide the development of smarter products, experiences, and brands. Ms. Hardy’s 15 years of expertise extends from the healthcare and financial vertical into higher education and consumer products, with deep experience with digital products and environments. Her clients have included Panasonic, Charles Schwab, Cisco, Time Warner Cable Business Class, Box, Symantec, CenturyLink, Citi, First Data, Fiserv, Teradata, ISACA, EMC, Juniper, IXIA Anue, Allscripts, and Macmillan Learning among others. Annie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and Communication Arts from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, and spent a year at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid where she became fluent in the Spanish language.
