Before you begin volunteering
- Make sure you are registered for 2020 Drupal GovCon.
- Join Drupal GovCon 2020 slack workspace and the following slack channels: #volunteer-support and #help-general.
Before you begin volunteering, please check-in in the #volunteer-support slack channel.
Duties:
- Field any questions coming from #help-general slack channel. Assist and answer conference or session related questions.
- Tier 1 HelpDesk Support.
- Basic help desk tech support for installing, joining or using Zoom and/or YouTube Live.
- Session Zoom room or keynote volunteers may need assistance with Zoom. Helpdesk volunteers will work with Drupalgovcon organizers or participants.
- Collect session counts from Zoom room session volunteers and enter them in the volunteer schedule.
- Field tech support issues to the Tier 2:
