Session Recording: https://youtu.be/tFVclbUFoWs

As designers, we spend a lot of time thinking about user experience for the people who will use the websites web build.  But what about the people who create and maintain the web content?  Often, content contributors and editors have a challenging experience.  There are multiple ways and places to edit content, and they have to remember which to use.  Content types are littered with confusing fields that require a cheat sheet, to properly create content.  It's hard to manage and maintain document versions and history, generate an audit without pinging a developer, or maintain content according to content governance schedules.  In this session, we'll discuss tips and best practices for both designers and developers, to keep things simple for your internal Drupal users, as well as some common pitfalls that cause frustration for editors.  We'll also review tools to help your users maintain and expire content, and manage document versioning, within minimal headaches.
