Before you begin volunteering
- Make sure you are registered for 2020 Drupal GovCon.
- Join Drupal GovCon 2020 slack workspace and the following slack channels: #volunteer-support and #help-general.
Before you begin volunteering, please check-in in the #volunteer-support slack channel.
Skillset
- Volunteer should be comfortable using slack and YouTube Live Video.
Duties
- Available and actively monitoring slack to assist the help desk or zoom room volunteers as Tier 2 tech support.
- Tier 2: In depth technical support for any technical issues.
- Upload zoom session recordings on YouTube. Each session will be recorded in zoom. The goal is to have a day's recordings uploaded and posted within 24 hours. Task will involve downloading zoom sessions from Zoom and upload to YouTube.
