The purpose of this track is two-fold - one angle helps you to understand the advantages of Drupal from an organizational leadership angle and the other is to highlight the great Drupal sites and projects you're working on and to show what's possible. These sessions are business focused, and will be non-technical.

Content migration is always a challenge for any website project, but public government sites pose a special challenge. Aside from the inevitable technical difficulties, there are questions that have particular nuances in this space:
- Who is responsible for this content (for the immediate project, and ultimately long-term)?
- How do you decide what content to migrate or change or create?
- What standards do you use to make those decisions?
- What content are website visitors really looking for anyway?
This talk will provide attendees with some concrete tools for navigating these challenges and guiding the project teams to making the content decisions needed to ensure a successful project.
