“Scrum Masters are not Project Managers” is a well-known truth in agile project management. However, project managers have many skills that can transfer into the scrum master role. 1. What is the role of the scrum master and how is it similar and different from project management?
2. What project managers need to UNLEARN to be effective scrum masters.
3. How project managers can develop the necessary coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills to be an effective scrum masters.
