In a perfect world, I'd be able to do everything related to a site. I'd write the requirements, build the site, test and then...deploy.
But let's admit that this is not likely what you have in front of you. Instead, you probably have the site from hell. Someone you don't know, built it, and they clearly don't know what the hell they were doing, and now, you have it.
