Drupal O&M and Governance for Government Agencies.

This session would be a panel of government IT managers that have implemented Drupal and present a discussion on how they manage operations & maintenance in their agencies. What processes do they follow to manage new releases release.  How often do releases occur?  For an agency going from waterfall to pseudo-agile processes, how is dev ops managed and is continuous integration possible? This session is very similar to Managing Drupal in the Sustainment Phase and this is a request for at least one session that cover these topics.  The hope is that this will catalyze a community of practice for Drupal O&M and Governance for government agencies.  Proposer will work with key government agencies to obtain representatives for the panel.  Current possibilities are NASA, DOI, HHS and IRS.
