How a Group of Women Helped Spur Drupal Adoption Across Government

Since long before the rollout of the 2003 Department of Defense memo on Open Source use, government employees have pushed for the ability to evaluate and choose open source software. But what you probably didn’t know, is that a group of women have been at that bleeding edge of adoption while staying mostly under the radar. Who are these women? They’re the women behind Drupal4Gov.

From the founding of Drupal4Gov to today's Drupal GovCon event, the panel of 4 women will take you through how each of them has helped to shape the trajectory without anyone even noticing.

Attendees will learn how the women gained buy-in, trained thousands of government employees and what they're doing today to grow the drupal community.

You should attend this session if you are interested in how you gain buy-in without authority, community building or if you'd just like to learn more about Drupal4Gov and how we roll.
