Spring Insight CEO, Erika Dickstein is a funny, engaging, no-nonsense speaker who loves to break technology down and make it accessible to non-technologists. Before starting her company, Erika spent over a decade in marketing and online product management for large corporations such as AOL and the Graduate Management Admission Council. She started Spring Insight in 2011 to answer a simple question, “can a small business create the same kind of strategic, usable web presence as bigger businesses on a reasonable budget?” Through Spring Insight, Erika has been able to answer that question with a resounding "YES!" In her talks, Erika brings participants pragmatic, easy to understand and actionable information about how to improve their organization's online presence.
