Anchoring Drupal in a Sea of Disruption. Budget cuts, canceled contracts, restructured agencies, and the rapid rise of AI — the ground under the GovCon Drupal community is shifting. This summit brings agency heads, federal IT decision-makers, program managers, and GovCon executives into one room to face it together.

No slide decks, no pre-set agenda. In this unconference format, YOU pitch the topics, the room votes on the top three, and we spend the afternoon facilitating deep-dive discussions on what matters most right now. You'll leave with practical strategies, new alliances, and a clearer path forward — and this is just the start. We're planning a follow-up Leadership Summit in early 2027 to keep the momentum going.

Black in Drupal is a volunteer-led community built around connection, career growth, and strengthening the Drupal project. Join us to network, find mentorship, share ideas, and give back.

This summit focuses on experiences in GovTech, public sector digital work, and the broader tech industry — exploring how Drupal can be a vehicle for impact, visibility, and career growth for Black professionals. Expect a strategic conversation on Drupal in the GovTech space, an open discussion on the state of Drupal, and hands-on breakout workshops on growing Black presence in Drupal and tech. Black technologists and allies are both welcome.
