Jen Harris is a User Experience Designer with CivicActions. She blends together design, user research, and content strategy in her approach to tackling complex problems. Jen was the primary user experience and content strategist for eatFresh.org (San Francisco City and County Human Services Agency), an effort which required an omnichannel communication strategy to reach a diverse group of users. She has also contributed UX and content strategy expertise on projects for the Regional Plan Association, Drug Enforcement Administration, and GlobalNET (a collaboration platform for a large federal agency). Jen holds an MFA from Queens College of the City University of New York.
