If you work for an agency, see also some tips for convincing your boss to attend Drupal GovCon.

My company is interested in Sponsoring Drupal GovCon, how can we get involved?

Woohoo! Your first step would be to contact the Drupal GovCon sponsorship team at [email protected]. From there, the team will add you to the sponsor email listserv and provide you more information about the sponsorship options and processes.

I am a sponsor. How can I print/access my invoice so I can be reimbursed by my company?

Your sponsor coordinator will provide you details directly to provide you an invoice if you do not go through the TicketTailor sponsorship system.

I’ve got an amazing topic and I want to present it at Drupal GovCon - what do I need to do?

Each Drupal GovCon has an open call for speakers (or sessions) about 3-5 months prior to the conference. You'll need to submit your session online during this window to be considered for Session Selection. We can receive a large number of proposals during each DrupalGovCon Call for Papers, and depending on the venue, have room for little more than half the submissions. Not everyone who submits a paper will be selected to present - but don’t let that discourage you from submitting!

How can I offer a Training at Drupal GovCon?

Training is a sponsorship, but that doesn't mean you have to be apart of an agency to be a Trainer. Anyone interested in training would follow the same process as someone wanting to sponsor. Please see the event prospectus with more information about the Training sponsorship.

If a Training is sold out, how can I get on the waiting list?

You will be automatically added to the waitlist if the training is full.

Help, I've still got a question/need to report a bug!

Not a problem! Simply send an email with your question/bug to [email protected] and someone from our amazing team will get back to you.
